This post features track and field training schedules, targeted at improving conditioning with minimum risk of injury. Also included in this post is a link to a Kids and Family magical fantasy, Mr. Wugidgem and the Faces of Freedom. Debby and Michael are learning good magic to help overcome evil in the world, with the help of their mentor, Mr. Wugidgem and their mother who is also blessed with the gift of magic.

TEEN TRANSFORMATION
Golden light magician. Angry teenager. Warrior against dark side magicians armed with red magic laser beams, like the one on this front cover. James rejects magic until a new dark side threat rises. He learns new magical skills from a Yosemite Shaman. He struggles to control his hot temper which lands him in trouble with family and friends. Dangerous encounters truly test this teenager which could cure or kill him.
